Daniel S. - Perfect location in St Martin. What a view on the ocean. The house is very well equiped, nothing missing. Washer/dryer, tv satellite, wi-fi, big refrigerator, microwave, huge patio. Quiet place.

Anne F. - Belle petite maison, très bien agencée équipée et décorée et bénéficiant d'une vue de rêve sur la mer, notamment depuis la chambre principale, ou depuis la charmante piscine. Nous avons même eu l'excellente surprise de passer une soirée avec un iguane sur notre terrasse. Bref, une très belle location que je recommande.
Christina C. - We loved this place! A great, beautiful location on the French side of the island. Away from the touristy areas, but easy driving distance away from all the attractions and beaches that St Martin/St Maarten has to offer. The accommodations were exactly what we needed. It was clean, safe, included wifi (albeit a little slow), and a patio/mini-pool with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The owners were super friendly and easily accessible (their rental office was a mere block away from the place).
Sueanne R. - We had an amazing stay at Villa Ajoupa for 5 days. The best thing about the villa is that magnificent views. When we got there we had a clean & beautiful villa awaiting us. It was very easy dealing with the agent SUNCITI vacations, Jean & Catherine were very helpful and never hesitated to answer our questions or make recommendations.
Albert C. - The apartment was really nice and we liked it so much. The views to the ocean were incredible and the house has all the amenities needed. The first day we arrived really late as our flight was delayed and Jean Baptiste come to receive us at night, and he also brought us a bottle of water.
William W. - This was a wonderful stay. The place was clean and gorgeous, right on the water with our own pool. JB was communicative and accommodating we never had a worry. It was a wonderful quiet neighborhood right on the ocean, a great experience compared the major tourist trap areas in saint-martin. At the end of our trip JB knew we didn't have a cellphone or a car so he gave us a ride to the airport. Truly above and beyond.
Emily D. - Accommodations were very nice and would stay here again. Our host was very reachable via cell phone and even provided us with international chargers when I asked. The scenery was amazing in Oyster Pond, and there was also a grocery store nearby which was very convenient. Only a short walk to the Dinghy Dock bar and other marina restaurants which was nice too.
Kate M. - Jean-Baptist was very nice and helpful. The view of the apartment was incredible, beautiful and we will come again. The apartment was clean and there is everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything is new and the pool was awesome. We felt very safe there. Jean-Baptist also organized a pickup and bring service to the airport and organized us a car rental for a good price. I definitely recommend the place.
Adine W. - This has been an amazing stay! Waking up to this ocean view every morning has been absolutely lovely. You can watch the sun rise from your bed. Everything was there when we arrived and Jean-Baptiste also arranged a rental car and pick up from the airport. In all, you can't go wrong with this lovely cottage. We will definitely be back!
Ton J. - Super location, nice apartment, spacious and comfortable. Great pool and nice sea view. Oyster pond is friendly and convenient, with nice sea view restaurants and great start for exploring the Island. Jean Baptiste and his staff make you feel at home!
