These are some common questions about our rentals. Please don't hesitate to contact us should you have other questions.

How many people can I bring with me?

Depends on the rental you chose but some of our units have additional folding beds or sofas . Don't hesitate to ask your booking contact about that!

How do I get the keys and directions to the rental?

Before your arrival we will send you driving instructions to come from the airport to the selected residence via email to your booking email address. You will then meet one of your guest managers at the residence. We recommend renting a car as opposed to relying on public transportation.

Whom do I contact if I have a problem at the unit or with my booking?

You will get all the contact information for our properties manager when booking. Should you have any questions about your booking, please contact the booking manager at booking@sunciti.fr

What is the cancellation policy?

The deposit is 100% if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days in advance of your check-in date. Full cost of booking, including the deposit is 50% refundable if the cancellation occurs between 30-60 days in advance of your check-in date. Full cost of booking, including the deposit, is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 30 days in advance of your check-in date.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed in certain units, please ask your booking manager about this prior to confirming your reservation.

Are children welcome?

Absolutely! The private pools or shared comes with alarms, however, children should always be supervised while swimming. Babies are also welcome at our rentals, and we offer a crib for your convenience at no extra cost.

Can I smoke at the rentals?

Smoking is prohibited inside our rentals. However, smoking is permitted by the pool or outside. We ask that you please dispose of your cigarette butts properly in an ash tray, and never put a recently smoked cigarette butt in the trash can.

How and when do I pay?

To secure your dates, we will send you an invoice via your booking email address. If the booking is made more than 60 days in advance or more of your check-in date, we will require the security deposit and 30% of the cost of your total booking, plus any additional fees. The balance is due upon check-in.

You can pay via Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express, a bank transfer, or by PayPal transfer. Payment instructions will be written on your invoice.
